- HB 3653 is effective July 1, 2021, except for certain provisions
- Use of Force Changes are effective January 1, 2022
- The "Pretrial Fairness Act" (cash bail changes) are effective January 1, 2023
- "Prison Gerrymandering" is effective January 1, 2025
