In my June 20th Article I published three criticisms which I now wish to retract, thanks to new information.
First, I criticized Dr. Clark for saying they went through both buildings with a "fine-tooth comb" because the Klingner report showed only specific areas had been investigated by Klingner. The BFW Report, released on June 29th, shows that BFW did inspect the buildings in their entirety.
Second, I described "previously investigated deterioration of the basement slab," per the Klingner report, as indicating prior knowledge of issues. The BFW report shows that BFW inspected the basement slab on May 30th, so this is not an indication of previously known issues.
Third, I quoted Jason Dion as stating "it'll be hard to reach me," when I tried to interview him, but he later provided a lengthy interview.
