Source: Dennis/Mosaic Maintenance Requests Spreadsheet, 2017-2023

Background: On August 16, 2023, I, Reed Sutman, received a FOIA response from Melissa Bradford with 4 PDF files of digital maintenance requests for MOSAIC campus from 2017-2023. I converted the PDFs to a spreadsheet using pdftoexcel.com, then added the ‘Notes’ and ‘LEAD Priority’ and SHEET columns. I then added a priority number 0-5 (5 being highest priority for further inquiry) and notes ONLY to items that I, personally, thought might be of further importance. The resulting spreadsheet has some errors (some items are in the wrong column), and may have errors I overlooked, like maybe some things are on the wrong row, or something, or accidentally deleted during the conversion process.
