Elections are finally over, and Macon County results are in. Local Republicans have majority support, though Democrat voters are under represented due to Republican gamesmanship, technicalities, and unprepared Democrats. State law and winner-take-all voting cements the 2-party system. Worse yet, only half of local voters made it to the polls. The State goes blue, and Fed hangs in the balance.
